Satellite FTA loss

Last night my sat tuner was not receiving any BBC tv or radio stations nor any ITV stations. All other channels were received correctly. I've not checked today yet but has anyone else had this effect? If it's just my system I'm at a loss as to why just these channels should be lost. A retune changed nothing. Could it be to do with the new EPG line-up? My tuner is a Medion PVR which receives all FTA satellite transmissions only. It has always worked correctly up to now.
