Amstrad sound sync

I have had Sky+ for about 5 months and had a few standard Amstrad problems, such as the clock loosing time etc. Recently I keep getting Sound & Video sync problems with both recordings and live TV. I phoned Sky expecting the normal procedure of unplugging etc. But they just scheduled an engineer to replace the box. With of course another Amstrad, which was fine for a couple of days. Now its back to the sync problems again. It must almost be 1 sec out!!! Does anyone know any cures other than getting a Pace box?? or will I have to keep getting the box swapped and hope for the best?

Is this happening on all channels ? I only really notice it on the +1 hour channels on Paramount UKGold etc.

What sort of screen are you viewing it on ?

Good old Goodmans 28" 4:3 CRT and Epson TW10 Projector and it seems to happen on both.
