ITV regions
Hi all,

I want to be able to watch ITV from the Central region once a week.

Can anyone tell me how to get it on my Sky+ box please.


At the moment as i'm in Bucks, I get London 'flavour' ITV as standard.

As you are in High Wycombe,do you not get Central on 963 or 964?
