No Signal on Teletext Cars, Why?

I have recently aquired a new channel called Teletext Cars, but when i try and tune into it i recieve a message saying no signal,

I can get every other channels absolutely fine.

Does anyone know why this is?

My girlfriend (in London) had a teletext page saying the service was to be launched soon.

I guess this 'channel' is being set up on a regional basis.

Okies, thanks for thast info, i shall just sit back and wait for teletextb cars to appear (It would drive anyone to death, who wants teletext cars anyway?
