digibox in 2nd room

Just want to get a few prices from people who have.
I'm looking to dig out my old digibox (been using sky+ for last 18months), and put this into the bedroom. I dont want to pay out to sky again (its a bit of a joke to pay an extra £10 for something i already pay for). So how much would a local sky/tv installer want to run a cable from my quad lnb, to a bedroom. Also will i need a freeview card (Basic channels will be fine) Also are the cards free or will i have to shell out.
