Any doubts then I wouldn't put my faith in the average SKY installer/contractor.

Might be worth talking to an authorised dealer/agent in your local area who can offer you the same "deals" from SKY but wouldn't be on a schedule and prepared to play fast and loose with your home
It may cost a little more but could bring you piece of mind.

Hanging tiles

If the tiles have been installed properly each tile will have been fixed to a wooden baton with two nails.
There is a tile underneath the exposed tile.

If you are unlucky and crack the tile you will it very difficult to remove the broken tile and insert a new tile , that is if you can match the existing tile.
You would be advised to ring a good roof tiling company and ask their advice or find a way through by another route.

We do not drill through any form of cladding. There is the risk of causing too much damage, and you do not know what is behind.
