can I get HBO in HD

Exclamation can I get HBO in HD
Hi guys, I have an old Humax 5400 ,which has been ignored for years since I joined Sky HD, now i want to replace the Humax with an HD satellite receiver to use with Astra 19 and hotbird 13 . the main reason is to watch HBO channels and series like true blood and others

My questions are
1- can i Get HBO in HD in English and if so which package should i subscribe to?

2- Also which HD satellite PVR receiver would you recommend ?
