Compatability

Hi

I am about to buy a Panasonic 42" g10 Plasma TV with built in Freesat.I also have a Sony RDR HXD 560 recorder. The analog signal is about to be switched off in our area so can you tell me will I be able to record on this machine while watching another channel,or will I have to buy a humax recorder to record one program while watching another.I am about to get rid of Sky because its getting to dear and rely on Freesat.
Im new to this so I hope I have posted in the right forurm.

Re: Compatability

Hi Dave - you're fine here. The recorder has its own tuner so it can do its thing while you're doing yours on the TV.
