Just had Sky+ HD installed. Because I only ordered it on Friday I don't have my Welcome Pack and therefore don't have my viewing card.

The engineer didn't have any viewing card install help sheets left (very helpful!) but said instructions are available online.

I've had a look and can't find anything... does anyone know where I can find these instructions?

I spoke to an 'advisor' using Sky's online chat thing, and they said I will need to call customer services, which is what they say to most things you ask them it would appear...

What is involved with this anyway? Is it complicated, or do you just insert it and switch the box on?!

Any help/tips/advice welcome.
