Home cinema set up

Hi,

I've just bought a Panasonic TX-P42S10B tv and I need to know the best set up for it. I also have a sky+ box, (soon to be HD) a DVD Recorder, a Wii and 5.1 surround sound. All these wires and connections, but I don't know which is the best way to set it up to get the most out of it. I don't watch that many films, mostly SKY (if that helps)

Many, many thanks

Mokes
