Hi, hoping someone can help
I am trying to find the escalation email address to complain to Sky with.

Think it is something like 'cr.....@sky.com'
I had emails that I had to send them earlier this year but have now deleted them and need the address

Send a letter by "Special Delivery". It will arrive next day and shows you are serious. They'll phone you back. Be sure to state in your letter your details (name, address, subscription number etc.) and what the problem is and MOST IMPORTANTLY what you expect them to do - be specific.

Cheers, already seen these addresses, when I had countless problems earlier this year the email I was sending to and getting replies from was something like -cr......@bskyb.com
but cannot remember the address
