Decent all round sat nav

My old man's getting sat nav for the first time and has asked me to try and find something suitable.

He wants something easy to use, solid, very good etc.

Any suggestions? He isn't a techy guy so advanced features aren't too important. So just a decent all rounder?

If he only wants UK, you will be hard pushed to beat the TomTom one. Easy to use out of the box, has full 7 digit postcode lookup and safety cameras pre installed. Yours for around £100 - £110

Try a Snooper Strabo. if you're quick you can get a 350 for £100.
