Garmin Nuvi & Streetpilot - Whats the difference?

Hi - I'm new to Sat Navs. I have decided on a Garmin as I find them better VFM than Tom Tom and more user friendly. (I have briefly tested the Tom Tom One and Garmin Nuvi 250). I'm looking for bluetooth and traffic updates. The models I'm looking at are in the £190-£250 price bracket as follows:-

Streetpilot C550
Nuvi 310D
Nuvi 660FM

1/ What is the difference between a Garmin Streetpilot and a Nuvi?
2/ Which of the above models would be your choice and why?
3/ Is there a better sub £250 make/model with bluetooth/traffic?

I think, though i'm not 100% sure, that the streetpilot may be the "older" version of the Nuvi range, I know that if you go to Garmins home site the streetpilot isn't listed, this would lead me to believe that it's older.

I had one of the original 3i streetpilots, from pics i've seen of the streetpilot model you mentioned, it looks to be bulkier than the Nuvi range, sorry i cant be any more informative, but what i will say is that i'm on my second Garmin (now use a Nuvi 310) and i wouldn't change from Garmin.
