Best Sat Nav for bluetooth calling

I am thinking of buying a Sat Nav for using as a handsfree phone device.

I can't stand wearing the in-the-ear style devices and it strikes me that it might be possible to get a half decent hansfree Sat Nav that gives me the added bonus of the usual Sat Nav bits and bobs as well as solving the handsfree phone issue.

Do the likes of the Tom Tom 720 / Nuvi 760 / S90 actually work at all well for handsfree calls or is it just a gimmick with these things.

This maybe a little off topic on the Sat-Nav question, but for just hands free I can recomend the following:

It's very discrete so unlike a sat-nav you dont have to remove it from display every time you leave the car.
