Updating TT ONE V2?

Hi, I got a TT ONE V2 on Friday but when I connect it to TT Home and try to update the firmware all I get is "There was a problem contacting Tomtom Plus. Please try again later."

It has been like that since Friday and I have also tried it on a friends internet connection and got the same, I am on BT total broadband, disabled the firewall on the router, disabled windows firewall and disabled norton firewall, friend is on Blueyonder with firewalls disabled too.

Any ideas?

I have now fixed this, it was the HOME software, even though it said I had the latest software, i didnt, so I downloaded the latest from the tomtom website and it works fine.
