Blackberry & Navman conflicts

Anyone else experience problems?

Basically the Navman cannot get a satelite lock until i turn off my Blackberry (found this by chance)

any ideas how to avoid this?? I have tried it with a Tom Tom with no problems!

Re: Blackberry & Navman conflicts

Does the Navman also have bluetooth or some other wireless technology which it scans for first before processing GPS signal ?

It might be trying to pair without blackberry or something before it processes the GPS signals.

It doesnt sound like the blackberry is blocking/jamming GPS signals as it sounds like it works fine once it gets signal lock, even if blackberry is turned on.

Its a real pain

Thanks for help, any more suggestions? (other than buy a tom tom )

cheers

P.S it woked fine with my previous nokia phone on (incl when connected to bluetooth car kit)
