Cheetah database to your tomtom. Help install

Can some one help and explain step by step how you set up speedcheetah to your tomtom. When on the website it asks you to download the poi converter. There are two options which are here.

POIConverter.zip Version 3.18, Size 1699KB
Contents: POIConverter_setup.exe, readme.txt, POIConverter.doc

POIConverter.zip Version 1.03, Size 1118KB
Contents: POIConverter_setup.exe, readme.txt


Which one do you select and then where do you go from here, i am new to this thanks.

I have found out how to do it, quite tricky but i got there in the end....
