TomTom 720 not now finding phone

Hi, my 720 will not pair with my phone now. On Wednesday it was fine, without doing anything else to either the phone or the 720, now it tries to pair with the phone but gets to the point to connect, then comes back with the message "The required features could not be found for this phone" (Its an orange E650).

Before I was only able to use the pairing to make and recieve calls (seems the data element (texts etc) could not be used), but now I cant even make calls.

Is there a setting I should be looking for?

Thanks

Simon
