I8910 camera does not work

Hi All i got an unlocked i8910 running custom firmware and fired it today everything seems to work ok but the camera is not working.

I am a real noob and dont even know where to start,i googled this problem and only came up with 2 threads both suggesting a software reset and then if no joy a hardware reset.

I have tried these with no joy, does anyone know what the issue might be or have heard of this problem?

What code did you use to reset it. *#7370# is the hard reset. Failing that i would reflash to OEM firmware instead of custom, at least that way you'll know if the actual camera is faulty or if it's a software issue. Firmware can be got here for free, so no need to pay for it http://forums.samsungi8910omnia.com/

thanks joey tried that and it still didnt work so took it back and found out it was a faulty camera.
