A little advice here guys if you don't mind.

My daughters Jet has been randomly rebooting. Any ideas ?

I got it from CPW, and tried to return it. It was 29 days old and there return policy is for 28 days .

So do I take matters higher with CPW or straight to Samsung with their 2 year warranty ?

CPW should still process the repair under warranty, even if it's outside of their 28 day returns policy. I would push the matter with them in the first instance.

If you phone samsung the phone will be sent away for 7-14 days approx for a power issue.
CPW are your point of sale, please pursue it with them
