ending a new contract...

I bought (for free) a Samsung Pixon 12 last week, and i'm not 100% happy with it, (nothing wrong with the phone itself - I'm just very fussy/particular) - anyways....

Does anyone know if i can cancel the contract within a few weeks?? (its a vodafone contract) and return the phone, which still has its protective cover on.

Any advice would be great, the sooner the better if possible as i would like to get it all sorted tomorrow...

many thanks.

Re: ending a new contract...

If it was a free phone on a normal 12/18 months contract (or whatever) then you have to continue with the rest of the contract I'm afraid. Sometimes the network providers do change there Ts and Cs which might allow you to get out of the contract, it doesn't happen very often mind you
