Help!!

I have just upgraded from my N95 8Gb to the Jet, and am having problems installing the PC Studio software. When the autorun starts, I can get the menu up, but as soon as I try and install either Studio or the USB driver, it comes up with "Error 1152" which says "unable to extract etc etc"

This error comes up whether I try and install from the disc or the downloaded version I got from Samsung website. I searched about it, and came up with running Nokia PC Suite Cleaner as there may be conflicts. I have done this, but to no avail.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be immensely grateful.

you are vista or windows 7?

vista home premium, fully updated with sp2

you will struggle to get the software working with vista mate

try running as admin also try downloading the new version of direct from the samsung website

Strange, the CD says Vista on it!

I have downloaded a version from the website, but will look around there again for it.

At least BOSE provide better service, I received my earphones within a week

hahaa yeah sometimes it will work with vista :-(


because of the problems i was getting what i do now is

install the samsung drivers

u a OTA sync tool such as mobyko or zyb

and sync contacts with samsung

and use the drivers for memory card usage only
