ive just installed pcstudio3. i clicked onto phone explorer to transfer some pictures from my phone onto my laptop BUT... under the 'phone' section i can only see 'my phones' and 'temporary files'.
under the 'PC' section i can see all of the files on my pc which is great
but WHY cant i see all my pictures that are on my phone in the phone section???
how am i supposed to select certain pictures to move to my pc. i dont really understand what the 'temporary file' is :S
any help would be appreciated!!!!

I installed samsung new pc studio on my computer which runs on vista home edition, but it does not work. I cannot see my phone on the computer neither do i get the menus on the PC studio. Then i get error message with internet explorer and asks me to close. I would appreciate if somebody could give help. It says Samsung New PC studio has stopped working!

I've had this issue with NPS and I uninstalled and reinstalled it (about six or seven times in the end ) to get it working. However about a month later it did an auto update and hasn't worked since . That was about 2 or 3 months back and TBH I've given up with the software - IMO it is utter and could well make me ignore Samsung phones as & when I next look for an upgrade.
