Hi,
My Omnia is fantastic, if there was anything to complain about it would be the battery life when GPRS is turned on.

so as a matter of caution I ensure its turned off when i dont want to use it and the battery life is great.

However, i have recently installed a couple of applications that want to connect to the internet from time to time. I have already gone throu the program settings and disabled as many 'automatic' connections as possible, but my GPRS is still connecting.

Is there a way to disable GPRS, like the on/off button for WiFi/Blutooth/Phone? -- without of course disabling the phone?

I’ve tried NoData on my Omnia 2 and it works wonderful. It does what it supposed to do. Better than any registry tweaks. Whereby I can disable/enable whenever i want. Reviewed it at my blog
