Hey there people, cousins of to germany for 2 weeks and he was wondering what sim card he can use over there, he cant his one as it's a company phone and sim

So i was thinking if i give him my old D600 would that work there and what sim card would be the best to use??

That should be fine, mate. I owned a D500 (model before the D600) years ago and used it in various European countries without a problem.

I was and am still with T-Mobile on a contract basis.

But he cant take his sim with him, so should he just use one of the spare T-mob sims and put some credit on it?

I imagine most pay as you go sim cards would be ok for use in Germany. Check the terms and conditions on the relevant network's website before buying one though.

The other SIM option is to buy one when you're out there. Should be easily available and will certainly be cheaper than paying roaming rates with a UK SIM.

Just make sure the phone is unlocked before you go.
