Not meaning to be entirely sarcastic but ive posted twice on my issues with a new samsung impression i bought my girlfriend and it wont connect to the software samsung studio, can someone, anyone offer any advice if this can be fixed?

Ive never seen such an issue with a phone and yet recieved 0 response on such an issue.

Did you try it on a different computer? Did you make sure that you are getting a good connection?

I have a Samsung Tocco Lite which won't connect to Samsung's PC Suite on my desktop. According to a forum on Samsung's site, a lot of people have the same problem as me so, reading your post, I can't help but wonder as to whether Samsung's PC programs are a load of rubbish.

I know the above doesn't help you, but at least you know you're not alone.

I have issues with my i8910 and the pc suite software, it seems to me samsung need to pull their finger out and sort the problem cause there seems to be a lot of people having the same or very similar problems with the software they supply.

I agree - the PC software supplied by Samsung is a load of

I only managed to even get the software to run on my PC after about 6 months and many, many uninstalls and reinstalls and several updates from their site. I posted on their forum and nobody had a clue as to what to do, but several others reporting the same problems

When I next upgrade my phone I will have to think carefully before going for another Samsung, which is a shame really as they make good phones.

Which version of PC studio are you using?

Google for New_PC_Studio_1.1.2.ID3.exe- this works with my Samsung Tocco lite.

Well, I've just downloaded and installed it, and it doesn't work for me - thanks anyway. It seems to see the phone, but that's it. I was using a later version, but it just does the same thing.
