Hi guys, ive just got one of these fantastic phones but im having some problems with trying to transfer music to it.

I get this screen below and nothing shows up in my phone when i try to play it when disconnected from my pc.

As you can see from the photo it says either the phone or the software is not supported, have i missed something or am i doing something wrong altogether?

I really like this phone and want to load it up with some music but i cant seem to figure this out for the life of me.

Ive sussed a way to get music on the phone now using windows explorer and bypassing the pc suite but im having a problem now with getting the phone to play video ive copied over to it.

The file in question is an .avi file with a resolution of 592x384 25fps and bit rate of 140kbps so i dont see why it shouldnt play but all i get is the sound with no picture??
