Acoustic/Thermal insulation
hi all, little help needed here, like most am converting detatched garage to HC,what type of insulation do i go for that has very good thermal and acoustic properties,such a wide market i am lost in, i looked at custom audio website but they seem to be more acoustic than thermal.HHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP

thanks, lookec at custom audio,still confused,i am thinking of rockwool flexi slabs,any1 know these or indeed used em.

Using Rockwool will be fine and will give you good thermal insulation as well as soundproofing. From what I remember they are available in different thichnesses.
Once completed you can also use rockwool to make sound absorbing panels in your HT. Have you looked at the Rockwool website, loads of information.
