Advice for pre-wiring 5.1

Hi. We're buidling a new place and having speaker wires pre-installed in the walls. The TV cable is installed in the corner, but we have the option to mount a flat screen ontop of the fireplace..

The corner is pretty tight due to the bay window and ducts, so not much can be done there.. Can anyone suggestion location were wiring is best put?

Thanks
