hi i love my sega megadrive but always wanted to know was there some sort of cartridge released to enable saves. im fed up of replaying the same levels over and over when i die. if so could someone please link me to information or a 3rd party one if there still selling

Not really a save as such but you might be able to use some kind of action replay cartridge. I guess you would need the right code to get to the level you were last at. I've messed around quickly with a Megadrive Action Replay and couldn't find many codes (most were US versions - Game Shark I think or something like that). Might take a bit of Googling if you buy one.
