N64 Pokemon edition

Hi guys

As im sure most of you have seen there is an N64 in the pokemon style where picaku's (excuse the spelling) foot is the reset button and a pokeball is the power button (or vice-versa). Anyway i was in our local computer shop and saw this version (see below) and was just wondering how rare these consoles are? Unlike the picture i dont think it came with a box but i believe it came with the controller and leads etc. Any ideas?

thanks

Re: N64 Pokemon edition

I remember seeing these for sale in toysrus about 6 yrs ago, there was no software being released for the n64 at that time as the gamecube was out and they were selling them off for about £50 each if memory serves, what i'm trying to say i suppose is they can't be very rare if that was the case.

Re: N64 Pokemon edition

yea i guess that makes sense, strange how they were selling them the same time as gamecube, thought they had stopped making the 64 before then. could find any on ebay hence my query. I already have an N64 but i thought they migt have been a good one to have if rare...
