Retro game help: Motocross game required!

Hi guys,

I'm really after a new motocross game, but I'm not sure where/if one exists!

The kind of thing I'm after is a version of Trials (etc.), where you control the speed of your bike, and the rider's position on the bike over various obstacles.

Rather like this game:

Bike Mania 2

I don't mind if it's on SNES, NES, GBA, Sega etc., as I have emulators for these on my PSP. But if there's a dedicated PSP game that would be superb - if there isn't one, why on earth not!!? I also have a DS, and an iPhone - but I've found that the iPhone games are really hard to control. I know you can get them online for the laptop - but I really one want I can carry around in my pocket!

Any ideas?

Sorry for putting the thread in this part of the forum; because I'm looking for the game on a choice of platforms I thought this may be the best place!

Cheers buddy, I'm really after a 2D one though if possible. One where you can see a side perspective of the track. It's quite hard to describe so I'll post a shot

I don't know if my suggestion will be too dated but I always liked Kikstart II on the C64. I think there is an Amiga version if that is more colourful.
