I think the emulation scene has killed off a lot of the potential resell value for old systems like these, as pc's get more and more powerful so does their capacity to emulate newer retro consoles and computers, the amiga has had decent emulation for years, but it's only really recently that the dreamcast has been decently emulated and of course there is always the moral ground when discussing the legitimacy or games.
Personally i own both of these systems in their original form along with plenty of games for both systems, but the same would not hold true of everyone, therefore i would estimate that the dreamcast software would be more sought after due to technology limitation for the morally incorrect joe average

, ie (his/her pc isn't powerful enough to run the emulated games well enough).
Price estimation :-
For me i'd say an amiga 500+ would be worth about a £10 tbh, a boxed example about £20, the games about 50p each (even boxed) unless they are sought after examples, like others have said look on ebay and the like for ideas as regard of price. It may be worth noting that the A500+ power supply if it's an old brick type and weighty and the Rf modulator could be worth about £20 and £25 respectively on their own
if you can find someone who needs one as they were highly sought after many years ago and they don't make them like they used to with regard to the power supply, however like i said before the emulation scene could have dealt a hefty blow to this.
The dreamcast about £10 for the console, i got offered this price to trade in at gamestation a few years ago, crap price for such a great machine but hey we are not to wonder why, the games around £2 - £3 each but once again dependant on rarity, hope this helps anyway and it's only my opinion.
Advice :-
Try listing all your games and peripherals and noting what is boxed etc, then plonking them on the classified section here on av forums (maybe without mention of prices at first) and see what interest you get before doing anything, browse around for rare gems if you have any and root those out first.
