Logitch harmony PC software

Hi all,

In a nut shell I have royally screwed my settings and devices on the Logitch PC software. Because of this I chose not to update my remote with these changes. This means my remote is fine at the moment but I am unable to make any further changes to it using the software (as devices/activities are missing or wrong).

Is there any way to copy my remote settings back to the pc so that everything is the same again?

Re: Logitch harmony PC software

I am darned sure that your harmony remote settings are stored on the logitech server and not on your computer - meaning you can re-install the software - as soon as you log-in you'll see your settings.

Have you got another PC you can test on? Just install the software and log in - you should see your settings.

Good luck,

Simon

Re: Logitch harmony PC software

just noticed - so you probably made changes that have overwritten the 'good' settings on the server?

Not sure what to do there - sorry.

Re: Logitch harmony PC software

maybe speak to logitech tech support, see if they keep backups/restore points on their servers. Might be a long shot, but you never know....

Re: Logitch harmony PC software

Try this online website that will give you access to your Harmony account from anywhere and you dont need to even load the software on a pc.
