Please Help! 2 Issues With My New Harmony 1000

Loving this remote so far except for 2 things:

1) When using Virgin Media V+ box to watch TV the colour buttons are greyed out and can't be used and also there is no V+ button to watch recorded programs.

2) In Windows Media Centre everything works apart from the back button which seems to be mixed up with the OK button, means once I start playing an album I can't go back!

Any Ideas? Cheers guys.

Looks like you have some "learning" and customising to do of missing or mis-located commands.
Better check with Logi support whether the receiver allows for colour buttons.

I've tried everything, been trying for a couple of hours now, tried deleting the device and adding different variations, tried manually teaching it, its just not having any of it

OK found a fix for V+ (Does the Harmony 1000 work with virgin V+box) but Media Centre still won't play.

Re: Please Help! 2 Issues With My New Harmony 1000

I figured it out. Partly my fault but tbh the software can be a bit silly at times. Basically I had the back button correctly assigned but by default in the listen to music activity the back button is channel up. Makes no sense at all why you would want that but anyway, changed it so that back meant back in music and video and now its perfect.

I'm slowly getting the hang of this thing.
