Xbox 360 playing up with Harmony 885

I've had a harmony 885 for a while, and it worked fine with my 360 until the dreaded Red Ring of Death knocked on my door. Since i have got my xbox back whenever i go into any activity on the remoate (mostly watch TV) the xbox turns on. It also happens when i press the off button on the remote.

I have a media center pc, which uses windows MCE, which i have a feeling may be the reason, as the sbox also turns on when i press the Media button (ie to bring up the main menu in MCE), which the xbox has built in too.

I ahve always had the media center and it worked fine before. The RROD has happened twice now, and both returned xbox's have this problem.

Anyone know what may be causing it, and how to fix it?

cheers
