Harmony one .vs. Prestigo SRU8015

I currently have the Logitech Harmony 785 which is being returned for the second time due to a fault.

I have been looking to replace this with either the Logitech Harmony one or the Philips Prestigo SRU8015.

Which is better, the Harmony one or the Prestigo SRU8015 ?

If anyone has either of these remotes, i would love you to let me know if you have any problems, grievances or any other complaint about that remote.

ive had a harmony 885 and 1000 plus the prestigo
and i wouldnt touch the prestigo again with a bargepole
it is no way near as clever as a harmony and the build quality is crap with a annoying delay sometimes when you want to change channel etc
my lasted a week and then went back
like me you may think it looks nice and different and the specs look good but in reality it isnt
a few people on here seem to love it but i very much doubt they have ever used a harmony with its ability to switch devices knowing what is on and off etc

I've never had (or even seen) the Harmony One.
My 8015 cost £65 and arrived last week. I appreciate the Harmony may be more carefully designed and possibly even built.
I am impressed with the 8015, particularly that all my very obscure equipment is included (with correct button mapping) in the database.
However as a negative, there is a perceptible delay in transmitting IR;
The channel icons (favourites) is a pure gimmick as they can't be upgraded with broadcaster branding (of the included ones, BBC Three is already outdated);
A few times the remote has crashed, either stuck sending the just-pressed code (battery out reset), or has randomly reset itself.

Compared to juggling with ten handsets though those are only minor irritations.

i have a harmony 785 and wouldn't think of replacing it with a one, think i've heard elsewhere they are very similar, i would upgrade to a 895 or 1000, as i would like the R/F facility.
