Sony RHT-G800 Remote Problems

Hey all,

Just invested in a full system, Sony 40" LCD (KDL-40V3000), Sony Blu-ray Player (BDP-S300) and the Sony Theatre Stand System (RHT-G800) and after setting it all up I've decided to try and use the stand remote as the one that controls the tv and Blu-ray player - but not matter what code I try to enter into the remote, it just won't control the Blu-ray, the standard codes are 401, 402 and 403 (default) - but none seem to work at all.

Anyone have any ideas on this and a possible fix?

It appears I'm not alone with programming problems for this remote! I'm trying to get it to operate my pioneer 4280xd without success. Surprised you're having problems with all sony kit though.

Though I've just moved to a Harmony One, I had no problem controlling my 4280xd with the remote (or my Toshiba DVD player). I can't remember exactly what remote setting I used, but I do recall that I found the setup a bit fiddly
