Virgin V+ and scart/hdmi switching

I'm about to purchase my 1st Harmony remote - the 555.

My m8 - the eternal doom and gloom merchant - has came up with a query regarding his setup saying: "if it can do this, well it must be something special".

He has an annoying sequence with his V+ box when he has to switch from RGB scart to HDMI and vice versa [hdmi nullifies all other outputs once selected he says].

To get to scart he has to:

Press: Home
Press: Settings
Change: Audio/Visual settings
Options: Change widescreen to HDMI
Option: Change to wide/720P etc
OK
Press Test

All this just because he has been viewing via HDMI or scart.

Are these the types of commands that are simple to set up in a Harmony?

Are these a mere walk in the park to the device?

Am I going to astound him by asking - please, next time, give me a scenario that actually challenges this device?

He has no problems with settings on his Sharp Aquos TV - it is the V+ box that gives him the annoying menu runaround.

My setup will be:
Toshiba 42X303D
SkyHD
XBox360
Tosh DVD Recorder
[nothing very challenging compared to the setups I've seen on here ]
