IR Extender?

Just installed all my equipment into my understairs cuboard and wondering if someone makes a ir extender that is compatible with sky hd boxes? one that has a reciever that u point the remote at, and it sends it wirelessly to another unit that would sit in the cuboard and emit the ir to the sky box and amp etc?

I recently bought one of these, the ir senders are designed to be stuck to the ir reciever on the device but if you place them carefully they will operate/reach two devices each.
You can buy more senders though if you need them.

I forgot to say............... works with sky SD box but I've not tried a HD box, I expect the IR signals are the same though????
