Harmony 885 and an Ipod

I'm currently revamping my existing system, the new one will have the following components :

Panny TH42PX70 plasma;
Toshiba HDEP35 HDDVD player;
Denon 3805 amp;
MS Genies 6.1 speakers;
Octava HDMI 3:1 switcher;
PS3;
Ipod Nano in official Apple dock - connected to amp;


Looking at buying the 885 remote, but will it be able to :

a) Switch the HDMI switcher to the appropriate input for either DVD/Sky/PS3; and

b) Control the Ipod via the dock - which I can currently do with the official apple remote.

The Harmony doesn't need to control this as such. As the Harmony 885 will switch off your other devices, the Octava will automatically switch to the source it can detect a signal from. I have the Octava and I have never used the remote control to change over inputs.

Looks like it will control the ipod dock but never tried myself.

It would also be useful to know if you can use the Harmony 885 to control the PS3 when using it as a bluray player.
