Smile Logitech Harmony 555 Xbox help

HI all,

had this remote for some time however one issue still bugs me, When I first got the remote it controlled my xbox 360 fine, even turning it on.

Then my 360 got replaced and it has never worked since, i have tried removing actitivy then recreating it with no success,

Any ideas?

P.S. also I did try adding this to the harmony 555 thread but it did not work as the thread is too old! so apologies for starting a new post.

Hi and that's OK about the thread.
Are you saying that none of the commands in the list for this device work, and if so have you tried deleting it and adding it back to your account?

Yes none of the commands respond, I thought it was just the power button, but I noticed since I have started using the 360 as a media extender none of the buttons work and with using it more often it would be handy!

I have tried deleting it and creating it from scratch, it all seemed to go wrong when I changed xbox (still non slim though) not sure what that could have to do with it though.

OK, check if there are other versions in the database for you to try, and if necessary ask Logitech support to provide you with an up-to-date list of commands for it.

It's probably not enabled.

To use a Windows Media Center Remote with your Xbox 360, follow these steps:
On the Xbox Guide, locate the Settings section, and then select System Settings.
Select Console Settings.
Select Remote Control.
Select Both Remotes.
Exit to the Xbox Dashboard.
