Yep - there's a personal planner even on the older SD boxes

I'm sure I've seen this question/answer posted somewhere in here on my various "swotting up" sessions , but for the life of me I can't seem to find it again
I've set my "one" up to do all the things I need, gotta say it's the bees knee's, I love it, it's so simple to use that even my 10 year old daughter and 5 year old boy can use it
So thought it best to get my daughter to teach herindoors how to use it

Any hows.........I'm sure I've seen that you can adjust the "speed" of the signal being sent ?
I've programmed various TV stations with icons into the handset to make it easier for the family to use, but it just seems so slow inputting the numbers

I keep looking at the settings in the remote software hoping I'll find how to do it, but alas i keeping coming up with a blank

Is it possible to speed things up ?

If you're referring to Favourite Channel numbers being sent automatically then the only factor that can cause that to be done slowly is the Inter-Key Delay which you can set to any value of your choice.

Wow, that was a quick response

That's it, so how do you do it

Eureka !!!
Finally found the right section to adjust the speed.

Thanks logiciel

Yes, but as you've pointed out that's no good if you're watching a recording or time shifted tv.

If you have a Harmony that can do sequences it's better to have one button that consistently goes to the planner.

You gave him enough information to help himself, as opposed to giving him the fish. Don't worry, its not a euphemism for anything bad :-)

I called logitech support today regarding my power issue with the harmony one cradle....in short a total nightmare.

6 calls later decided to just return it and get my money back - the straw that broke the camels back was that I apparently need to update the firmware before logitech can process an RMA for the cradle + psu. With a dead battery and no power this is not possible.

These guys used to be excellent....

Dont know if anyone else has the same problem but navigating through my sky TV guide is a nightmare, it's far too sensitive if I press any arrow just once it moves several places, in fact it's impossible to just move the one place.

Thanks in advance

Go to devices>troubleshooting>"Sky+HD responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally."

and select 0 (works for me) or 1

Forum rules ask you to search for a topic before posting it - and that one has been covered many times.

And thanks, people, for giving me the oriental enlightenment.

"need to update the firmware before logitech can process an RMA" makes no sense -any idea what they meant?
What was the problem with your charging base?

Guys, just received my Harmony One. The first thing though I noticed when I took it out of the box was a very annoying little rattle. It sounds like something is loose inside the remote.

Erm, is this normal???

Yeah, it's the motion sensor - detects when you pick it up etc...
