Smile Remote for PS3 Sony DH800 and TV

Can anyone recommend a good remote control which I can use to do anyway with my existing three remotes for;

Panasonic 42"
PS3
Sony SH800

I dont really want to spend much more than £70......I love the remote for the Sony Amp - so want to make sure I keep all the functionaltity of this remote. Would I be right in saying that the Sony DH800 remote would not sync with my PS3?

I don't know about the last bit (PS3) but for £70 a Logitech Harmony remote should do what you want (and more). However if you want a remote that will control the Bluetooth PS3 too, you will need an IR adapter as well.

I am thinking.....

If the Logitech Harmony Adapter for Playstation 3 adaptor cost about 30£. for 40£ I am not sure what you can get a Logitech Harmony remote.

I think the budget it is a bit short, unless you give up with the PS3.

You can get the Logitech Harmony 525 for £50:
Logitech Harmony 525 Advanced Universal Remote Control: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

and add the £30 Harmony Bluetooth/IR remote adapter for the PS3:
Logitech Harmony Adapter for Playstation 3: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

Thanks guys for your help - 80 sheets for a remote control....uuum (I might ask Santa if he can help).

To help with my business case (and apologies for the potentially silly question) but it can be used for all the tv's in our house (including controlling the BT vision box).....is there a limit to the number of devices it can control?

It works with any infra red remote and can control any device with an IR sensor. The 525 can control up to 10 devices. If you need more devices to be controlled then you'd need one of the more expensive models.
