I have a Yamaha amp that's about 5 years old and the volume and mute buttons no longer work. As all other buttons work, I am looking for a remote (all in one type) that will be capable of working with my amp. I'm not bothered about it learning every command as it's just the volume I need.

Does anyone know a cheap one that would work. I don't want to buy an expensive one at the moment just as cheap as possible that will be compatible.

Any suggestions would be great.

... you should be able to input your Yamaha model number; if it finds it then ANY Harmony remote should work. You might be able to pick one up from Ebay cheap - doesn't matter how old because the config details are held centrally.
