We have the audio description enabled on our Humax Foxsat-HDR because my husband is blind. The BBC is fine but ITV programmes are without the audio description even though the programme info says it is available. But the odd thing is that if we record something on ITV then the AD appears on the recording.
Can anyone suggest what is wrong please?
It's a bit annoying if we have to record everything and play it later just so he gets this very useful facility.

Not sure why but a possible workaround is start recording, after about 30 sec goto media list and play back the recording in chasing playback hopefully this will work as if you watched the recording later. Simply delete the recording after you have watched it.

Thanks for the quick reply Graham. That would be a solution in the first instance
but it does bug me when things don't do as they should.
