Humax red button problem

I have a single LNB Humax HDR connection with loop-through so have limited facilities and would like to know if the following is one such limitation of having the one LNB or if it is universal.

On the Sky free digibox I watch rugby on S4C and, being in North Wales, the commentary is in Welsh. With the Sky digibox red button you can select English commentary. However, on tuning in to the rugby over the weekend I found that the Humax HDR, on the one LNB, doesn't have any such S4C red button facility.
My question is: Is this universal regardless of one or two LNB connections?
Thanks.

It's nothing to do with having only one lnb. Alternative audio tracks are selected by pressing the button with a speaker and question mark (just to the right of the text button) on the foxsat remote

Re: Humax red button problem

Thanks for that graham. Very helpful. Will try it out next time rugby is on S4C.
