Have had a Humax 9300 for a couple of months now and have been very happy with it. I re-tuned it a few days ago and a number of channels now appear under different numbers. Since doing this I have had problems recording from a Series link on e4 and e4+1. Basically e4 records an hour late and e4+1 records an hour early. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to remedy this?

Have you tried resetting to the default settings under the maintenance menu? You'll have to go through and redo the series links, but they should work then.

There has been a great deal of channel shifting recently on Freeview.

Cancel the series timers and make new ones as SirTiger says.
Hopefully that will cure the problem.
