PVR Recommendations
Hi All,

Could anyone please give me some recommendations for a best buy PVR ?
I almost bought a Humax one today but as someone was taking one back just as I was about to pay, I thought I should do some more research before I committed myself.
Any advice welcome.

Something to do with it being noisy and the HDD running all the time while it was set up for a timer record even if that recording was in several days.

Assuming it was a 9300, there's a software update to fix that. The Humax is an excellent PVR IMO.

I'd second that, just bought the 9300 and firmware fix must be already installed as mine is dead quiet
