What Hardware to record Freesat from Sky on

Hi,

As a newbie here this is a fairly fundamental question but would appreciate some help or advice.

I have an Amstrad DRX300 which I use to receive Sky, I have just cancelled my subscription and am looking for a device that I can use to record Freesat from Sky, as I believe this is what I will be receiving after the subscription is cancelled. I'm not too worried about Hi Def or a massive hard drive as I'm after a fairly cheap solution.

I had considered getting rid of the sky box and purchasing a Foxsat-HDR, but this seems a bit of a waste as I don't have an HD TV yet and am really just after a cheap hard drive recording solution.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
